The new Volvo car lineup features a host of new standard features along with some new additions in terms of available interior features. Oh, and the Volvo T8 engine has been renamed Recharge. Let's get down to brass tacks and see how some of the 2021 Volvo models compare to the previous year.
Volvo XC60
The middle-sized Volvo XC60 features a variety of new inventory additions along with new available features. The Volvo XC60 increases standard features by adding in blind-spot monitoring, a heads-free tailgate, power-folding side mirrors, LED fog lights, and LED headlights with active bending lights. The XC60 also adds in two USB-C ports in the rear along with an optional Bowers & Wilkins audio system.
Volvo XC40
The Volvo XC40 makes bolsters its already impressive array of interior features, adding in leather-trimmed seats, two USB-C ports (in the rear), LED fog lights, and automatic high beams with active bending lights. The XC40 is also now available in a full-electric version, which is called the XC40 Recharge.
Volvo XC90
What about the three-row XC90, you ask? Lynnwood and Seattle area (Tacoma) drivers can look forward to some familiar additions to the XC60 and XC40. The XC90 adds in two USB-C ports (in the rear), an optional Bowers & Wilkins audio system, and full LED headlights with active bending lights. Unique to the XC90 is the addition of standard wireless charging.
